Launch of The Pret Foundation’s new donation platform delivers fantastic early results

We are proud to announce that the recently launched donation platform for The Pret Foundation has already delivered a substantial increase in online giving in its first month!

The Pret Foundation is a separate charity entity set up by Pret A Manger to help its mission to tackle hunger, poverty and homelessness near Pret shops around the world, making a difference in people's lives. Alongside delivering Pret’s freshly made surplus food at the end of each night to people and charities who need it most, The Pret Foundation also offers financial support to charities to help break the cycle of homelessness and provides training and employment opportunities at Pret.

To enable The Pret Foundation to offer greater support to those in need, the team were keen to create a web platform that would allow Pret customers to give one-off or regular donations for their charitable work. 

The Pret Foundation's new donation platform

The Giant Digital donation platform offered The Pret Foundation the solution they needed, with an engaging and easy-to-use interface, wide choice of payment options and simple administration console. Founded in extensive audience research and behavioural science, the donation platform provides a seamless donor journey, encouraging one-off and regular gifts to the Foundation.

The donation platform enabled The Pret Foundation’s World Homeless Day campaign in October to deliver triple digit growth, demonstrating not only the demand for an online fundraising platform, but also the benefit of making this a seamless part of the website user-journey.
