Whizz-Kidz are the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users. They empower young people by providing the wheelchairs, equipment, support and confidence-building experiences they need, and campaign for a more inclusive society.
The charity is at a pivotal stage in its digital journey. With an outdated website that no longer reflects its mission nor serves its users, the Whizz-Kidz team have ambitious plans for change and have selected Giant Digital to help achieve their digital goals.
The partnership will include stakeholder research to help redefine the charity’s digital strategy, prioritise requirements based on audience needs, and shape the redesign of the Whizz-Kidz website to deliver a more user-centred platform.
Of the partnership, Nathan Lewis, Digital Manager at Whizz-Kidz said:
We are so excited to be working with Giant Digital on the next stage of our digital journey. As we look to the future of the charity and how to best serve young wheelchair users and supporters, we are clear in our need for an improved digital experience. We wanted to work with a digital agency that not only had the technical expertise to realise our plans, but a good understanding of our industry and how to best meet the requirements of our different audiences. We have found all that in Giant. They are an amazing team to work with and we are very much looking forward to seeing the results of our digital partnership!
As an agency that specialises in designing websites for charities, Giant Digital is committed to creating a better digital world and helping third sector organisations thrive. By delivering world-class digital products, it enables organisations to stimulate real change. Giant Digital will work with Whizz-Kidz to create a new website that engages its varied audiences, maximises revenue and supports its future growth.
We are extremely pleased and proud to be working with the team at Whizz-Kidz to transform their digital presence. Not only is it an incredibly inspiring charity, but a cause close to our hearts here at Giant Digital. We are very much looking forward to sharing our experience and expertise with them and developing a platform that will deliver their requirements today, as well as enable them to adapt in the future, as the charity evolves.
