Not one but three ISO accreditations!

We are thrilled to announce that we have recently been awarded three prestigious accreditations; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001. As a team, we are incredibly pleased and proud to have achieved these certifications, as they demonstrate our commitment to maintaining high standards in quality management, environmental management, and information security management.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality. This certification ensures that Giant Digital has a well-established Quality Management System (QMS) in place, which enables us to consistently provide high-quality services to our customers. Whilst our accreditation in this area is new, we have always prided ourselves on the strong processes and procedures we have in place for managing quality within our organisation, as well as our focus on service quality for our wonderful charity clients.

As an organisation we also place a great deal of importance on reducing our environmental impact. The ISO 14001 accreditation is a standard that provides guidelines for environmental management systems (EMS), and alongside our work towards B-Corp accreditation we felt achieving ISO 14001 was a natural progression for us. It demonstrates that we have implemented an EMS that ensures we continue to minimise our impact on the environment, reduce waste, and improve resource efficiency wherever possible.

Our ISO 27001 accreditation is for establishing and maintaining an information security management system (ISMS) that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all client data. As a digital agency working with clients in the charity sector, it has always been essential for us to maintain high information security standards. We have stringent processes and procedures in place on this front and have developed a trusted reputation. Achieving this accreditation affirms that our systems and practices follow the highest standards.

We have always maintained high standards as an organisation, and I’m pleased we have now received recognition for this. Having good processes and procedures in place is an important way of ensuring a consistent and reliable means of operating, as well as delivering on what we set out to achieve for our customers, our community and the planet.
